Role Description: Field Agents are crucial to our outreach efforts. They work directly with the community to educate people about the Lifeline program and assist them with service applications. Each agent is tasked with becoming an expert in the Lifeline industry, equipped through our thorough training program that covers the history of the Lifeline program, customer enrollment processes, problem-solving, and coordination of team activities.
