Jordan T. Hayes – Director of Outreach Programs
Jordan T. Hayes graduated with a degree in Community Development from Columbia University and has over 15 years of experience working directly with low-income families to secure telecommunications support through Lifeline and the Affordable Connectivity Program. His strategic partnerships with mobile providers have enabled the distribution of thousands of free devices and service plans to underserved communities. Jordan’s initiatives often involve coordinating with state agencies and nonprofit organizations to maximize the reach and efficiency of program delivery.

Emily Carter – Senior Program Manager
Emily Carter, who holds an MBA from Stanford University, specializes in project management and operational strategies for large-scale federal assistance programs. She has successfully overseen the rollout of multiple nationwide campaigns aimed at increasing access to free phone services for low-income families, students, disabled, veterans, single-mothers and other eligible participants. Her expertise ensures that these programs are accessible and effectively meet the needs of those they intend to serve.

Ethan R. Turner – Chief Technology Officer
Ethan R. Turner has a rich background in telecommunications engineering, with a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
